When you request The Magnetic Offer, we ask for your first name and email address. That’s all. We don’t collect payment details, physical addresses, or anything else, and we never buy or scrape contact lists.

Your email address is used to deliver the ebook and, if you stay subscribed, to send one short offer-writing note per week. Your first name is used only to address you in those emails. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone.
Who processes your data
Form submissions and email delivery are handled by the service providers that power this website and our newsletter. They process your data solely on our behalf to deliver the ebook and emails you requested, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Unsubscribing and data removal
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all future emails immediately. If you’d like your details deleted entirely, email us and we’ll remove them from our records within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic — things like page views and referral sources. We don’t run advertising trackers or build individual visitor profiles.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Just email us and we’ll respond within a few business days.
